Local Pickup time and date should preferably be arranged at least 24 hours ahead.

Delivery Times
We will only be able to ship nationally.
Accessories and food orders will usually arrive within 2 - 6 days
Live fish will arrive 1 - 2 days after being dispatched

(All orders are shipped on Monday)

Shipping information and addresses
Please remember that providing shipping information is your responsibility. We will not be held liable for an incorrect address, phone number or email address.

If you live in units or blocks please provide us with a place to leave your parcel in the event you are not at home.

If the parcel gets stolen, we are unable to provide a refund

Death On Arrival
In the unfortunate case, the fish can arrive dead. Please send us clear images of the dead fish still in the bag the fish was shipped in - take note that the seal should still be closed, otherwise we cannot trust the photos. (email photos to troaquarium@gmail.com along with the order type and price)
If sufficient evidence is provided we will give a full refund on the purchase.
